Terms of Service

Reading through my TOS crucial, as soon as you order a commission you automatically agree to all of my terms
I retain the right to refuse a service for anyone for any reason

Payment Specifications and Limits

Some commission options do not allow certain payment options either because:

  • Commission has many components to be accounted for, like extras and detail levels (eg. Reference sheets)

  • Sometimes a payment option will be unavailable in a commission window due to either complications or personal issues. If you want to commission but rely on a option that is unavailable at the time feel free to ask and I will let you know when the payment option will return!

  • Commissions that are animated will NOT be payed in Robux or Nitro as it is a more high effort commission and will be priced higher depending on the style or complexity of the commission. These commissions are priced at a 'case by case' bases and therefore cannot be priced with Nitro or Robux.

  • Big orders like full body's or bulk orders will have a calulated half payment. Exceptions like Chibi's/Emotes, YCh's and Adopts will be paid in full.

Before the Order

  • To place a commission you will need to join my discord and open a ticket, please wait patiently for me to get to you

  • Once you open a ticket, an embed with a questionnaire will show, you will need to complete the questions asked to officially start the order. Opening a ticket and disappearing for more than 2 days will cancel the order. Be ready when ordering!

  • I need a clear reference of the character(s) you would like me to draw. I will not work with text descriptions

  • References to the idea you are going for is always appreciated but not mandatory

  • Violation of any of my TOS will result in punishments from warnings to blacklisting

The Process

  • Once the Questionare is complete, the order starts, and a consultation will begine on what you want done in detail.

  • After payment has been issued, A rough sketch will be sent to you - this is where changes can be requested. Please do not feel bad for requesting edits, I want you to be happy with your order.

  • Various checks will be done throught the order such as line art and flat color checks. Once greenlit the shading will begin.

  • The remaining half of the payment will need to be paid before I can release your commission.

  • Completion times can vary widely depending on the contents of your order and how busy I am when you placed the order. I will do my best to keep you updated when progress is made, but you are also welcome to check-in with me!

Use of Artwork

  • You are free to use commissioned artwork as profile decor, pfp's and so on as long as you give credit to me

  • My watermark may not be removed from the final product

  • I retain the right to post both WIPs & completed pieces on my socials publicly. Private orders will need to be discussed beforehand

  • Reposting work must always be properly credited

  • All commissioned artwork is for personal use only. My art may not be used commercially/for-profit unless otherwise discussed

  • My art may not be used to train AI, as NFTs or be involved in cryptocurrency transactions
